How forms work

This website does not have a server that stores form entries. When you submit a form, your details are put into a WhatsApp message that you choose to send to BigBen Motors. Once you send it, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that message.

How we use enquiries

We use the details you send only to respond to your enquiry and discuss your vehicle request.

Third-party services

Fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when you view a page. This website does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics. If that changes, this policy will be updated and any required consent will be requested.

Retention and security

BigBen Motors keeps enquiry messages only as long as needed to handle your request. Ask us for details of how long a specific record is kept.
